Google Integration in Fellow LMS and Fellow Intranet

It is possible to integrate Fellow Intranet and Fellow LMS with Google. With Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, for example, you can use tracking to gain insight into specific metrics such as bounce rate (visitors who only visit one page), number of clicks, and average session duration. This allows you to see not only which parts are being used, but also how employees navigate through the platform.

Google Tag Manager

With Google Tag Manager, you can easily place measurement codes in the platform. You don't have to work in the code of the intranet or LMS every time. You add the GTM container once. After that, you manage all measurement points centrally.

Examples of measurements:

  • Clicks on buttons such as “Start course” or “Download document”
  • Visits to specific pages
  • Searches within the intranet
  • Completed e-learning modules

Google Analytics

The data collected via Tag Manager ends up in Google Analytics. There you will see dashboards and reports with figures and trends. This allows you to see which parts are working well and where employees are dropping out.

Examples of insights:

  • Reports on intranet and LMS usage
  • Trends in the use of functions or courses
  • Engagement by seeing which content is often read or clicked on

Statistics in Fellow Intranet and LMS

Extensive statistics are available within the Fellow platforms. For example, you can see active users, total visits, and the performance of news items. This already gives a good picture of usage. These statistics within the platform provide a clear overview. The difference with Google Analytics lies in the type of measurements. You can track visitors and actions more accurately, including tracking measured via cookies. Examples include visitor origin, behavior patterns, and detailed click paths.
