Fellow Intranet offers an “advanced group permissions” feature, which enables organizations to decentralize member management to specific group managers. This feature is particularly usefull for organizations with several companies or multinationals with divisions in several countries.
Be aware that this is a feature that needs to be enabled on your platform. Please contact your account manager or support for this feature.
Decentralize member management
This “advanced group permissions” feature allows platform managers to delegate member management of the specific group. Platform managers can set specific roles for members in a group to achieve this. They can assign members to become group manager or group assistent.
Group manager
Group managers have the possibility to do user management inside their group. They don't have access to members outside their group.
- Group managers can create and modify members within their own group(s).
Group invitations and limits
Group managers can have the possibility to invite new members to the platform to join the specific group.
Academy managers can set a limit to the number of people a group can have. This option will give the platform manager control over the amount of members in the platform.
Starting space for a group
Platform managers and group managers have the ability to designate a specific space as the start space for all members of a group. This ensures that employees from a particular company or department automatically begin their session in their designated company-specific space, providing a tailored and consistent user experience for all members.
